This picture book brings together two stories in one volume. It tells the tale of Huh Nanseolheon, who surprised the world with her poetry at the age of eight despite the social restrictions on women in the Joseon Dynasty, and her brother Huh Gyun, the author of Korea's first vernacular novel, 'The Tale of Hong Gildong.' As their 12th-generation descendant, author Huh Jungyoon has gathered their two stories into a single volume to tell the tales they couldn't finish.
